Overview:

• This add-on will add 2 placeholders for soft deleted threads. One global in the moderator panel and the other locally in the individual forums were they were posted at.

Moderator panel placeholder:

• Only users with permissions to Hard-delete any post under the Forum moderator permissions will be bale to view all soft deleted threads and bulk delete them from the Moderator panel.
