Whenever someone will view users who viewed a topic, check users thread view history and edits thread views, all those actions will be logged and displayed at the Moderator logs page in the admin panel.
Users with appropriate permissions will be able to view all topics that an user has viewed. A new tab called Thread views has been added on users profiles. It contains a list of all threads that that particular user viewed, how many time did they view it and when was the last time that they viewed it.
