• Admins can force users to ignore each other.

Changed the admin menu to under users.

Who is ignoring me:

• Users with the appropriate permissions can see who is ignoring them by going to their account where a new section called Ignored has been added listing all those users who are ignoring them. They can filter the log and search also for users who are ignoring them.
